Buying your first house used to be the crowning milestone of adulthood. Real Estate was considered the wisest investment one can make – the obvious choice for a growing family. In short, homeownership was a big part of the American dream. But today the American dream is changing and economic trends have changed attitudes toward home buying. This has resulted in a huge increase in renters as well as an increase in demand for skilled property management. In this infographic we take a look at the renting landscape and what today’s renter’s truly desire.
