At AppFolio, we have always taken pride in our customer-first mission. Today, as the COVID-19 situation continues to rapidly evolve, we want to reiterate that we are here for you now more than ever. With the power of AppFolio’s cloud-based technology, you can accomplish a tremendous amount of work virtually to support your team, residents, and customers.
We take the safety of our employees, their families, and our communities very seriously, and want to ensure that we’re doing our part to help stop the spread of COVID-19. We have stopped all travel and in-person event participation and have moved our teams to work remotely.
Our workforce is well prepared with the technology and tools required to operate as usual during this time. You’ll notice new backgrounds during our virtual support and training sessions as we all lean in to make the best of this challenging and new reality. Because we deliver cloud-based software we have already invested in business continuity infrastructure designed to maintain the availability and performance of the software.
We’re all focused on doing our part during this challenging and rapidly changing situation. We will continue to post relevant and useful information here on our blog and on our help site, sharing best practices from our AppFolio community of users as well as industry professionals.

Our community is currently suffering from grocery shortage.
It would be really cool to have some sort of a platform tied into Appfolio that enables a tenant to post what they need (maybe anonymously?) and have a way for other tenants to be able to receive the Need Request.
If someone has that resource, then they can reply to the Need Request and the request would be closed out.
I think it would be encouraging for neighbors to see a list of closed-out Need Requests, which may foster a bigger sense of community.
